the vault details you enter as the admin — a vault name, owner name, default reminder window, currency, and notes.

each item you log — its name, category, brand, model, serial number, purchase date and price, merchant, warranty and return-window expiration dates, storage location, and notes.

any receipts, warranty cards, manuals, or photos you attach to an item.

showing you what you own, what it cost, and whether its warranty or return window is still open, plus reminding you before either expires.

sell your data, run ads against it, or share your vault's contents with anyone outside it.

in a private, access-controlled postgres database. uploaded files (receipts, manuals, photos) live in a private storage bucket and are only ever served through short-lived, signed links — there's no public URL for any file you upload. your vault's pages use a separate, long, unguessable link, so access is controlled by having that link, not an account check.

if you open keepkit from homebase, your homebase account email is shown in that session's page header only — keepkit doesn't store it.

remove an item, a file, or a note any time from the vault. email me if you want a vault's data gone for good.
